Currently, when we are creating a Context, we are adding the modules to the
context builder programmatically.
This works great, but its not very tooling friendly. A tool would need a way to
find out which modules are available so that it can display them to the user
and let him select which modules he wants to use.
A discovery mechanism like the one we already have for Apis & Providers would
be an awesome addition.
