Hrm - looking at the implementation and tests, alongside the ACS 4.1 API doc 
(http://cloudstack.apache.org/docs/api/apidocs-4.1/root_admin/listUsageRecords.html),
 it looks like we're generating the correct query. I'll see if I can find a 
CloudStack setup with usage enabled to test this against and see what the 
output is.
