Description:
Currently jclouds:softlayer does not expose virtualguest.port-speed to the
template builder.
Adding this would make SoftLayer easier to use.
Additionally: the default template[1] in jclouds:softlayer specifies the new
instances are created with a 10Mbps public and private port.
There is no price difference between 10Mbps and 100Mbps ports[2][3] (both free,
1G ports not free), so 100Mbps would be a better default value.
