Add `StreamRDF.flush()` for completeness - most "flush" like behaviour is currently in `finish()` or `BatchedStreamRDF` but maybe sometime the need wil be for StreamRDF to have the operation between `start()` and `finish()`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
