On issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-209 InfoProvider has been
added to Karaf to allow dynamic behavior of InfoAction.
Claus Ibsen which was the reporter of KARAF-209 would also like to be able to
interact with info command through the MANIFEST entries of the bundle.
