So why not stick with the karaf features.xml for this version and make a jira
entry for the next version. This way we could make sure that when the optional
obr resolver is a standardized way in Karaf, we could adapt the features.xml of
pax-web (0.8.1 or higher) for this requirements and also make the features.xml
less fragmented.
