Didn't know that. The .kar portion of the features-maven-plugin is what I was
referring to. The assumption I made was, because there was a brief explanation
of the KAR feature in the 2.2.1 documentation, that this should be in 2.2.1.
Additionally, we spoke about this in the IRC channel.
