Some projects (like Camel or ActiveMQ) don't define the namespace in the
features XML.
It means that these projects can't be deployed on Karaf 3.0 (trunk).
We agreed on the dev mailing list to turn it as optional (just raise a
validation warning) and "force" the validation for 3.1.0.
