There used to be a full kar that mostly had deployers that were in the full
assembly but not the minimal one. I don't want them in the minimal assembly,
as they aren't needed.
I propose moving the spring deployer to the spring feature and putting the
others in a new "deployers" feature in standard.
This will replace the "kar" feature which had only the kar deployer which is
currently (and wrongly) in the framework feature.
