Unsuccessful remote cluster node ping

There are two hosts: 10.7.17.98 (local) and 10.7.17.98 (remote)
Each host have freshly installed karaf with cellar feature and default
configuration.
In case if cluster node is located on remote host, it is not pinged by
cluster:node-ping command successfully.
Also, unsuccessful ping is not displayed correctly, but there is already karaf
issue about this: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-1194.
