This WARN log is from pax-url when the 
org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.defaultRepositories in org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.cfg has no 
id.
This is a new feature introduced by recent pax-url, we can add id for 
karaf.system and karaf.local-repo to avoid this WARN
