I do not yet plan to use this outside of the mojo. Although at a later point it
may be of interest. For example we could use the docbook or wiki help for an on
the fly web manual.
The main purpose is to have clear separation of concerns. The mojo handles the
maven side, the docbook help class the docbook side and the usageconf class the
wiki help generation.
