The Cave client purpose is to provide an implementation of OBR RepositoryAdmin
service which actually proxy to a Karaf Cave server.
For that, the plan is to use a REST API provided by the Cave server using CXFRS.
However, the client is not yet ready and not part of the reactor plugin for now.
To alleviate Cave, the CXF dependency can be removed (and we can keep it only
on master as soon as the cave-3.x branch is there).
