There was no issue on 3.0.x because it does not have the new CDI-features.
In 3.0.3 I added the javax.annotation-1.2-bundle to the one feature that
required it.
As for the version: It's 1.0 for JavaSE (6,7 and 8), as they all miss
ManagedBean
1.1 or newer are only included in JavaEE
