More interesting, I tried connecting to from my Mac built-in SSH client to
Karaf 4.0.4 running on Windows 10 and I get this problem too ! So the SSH
client doesn't seem to be at cause here.
Trying the opposite, connecting from a Windows 10 Putty SSH client to a Karaf
4.0.4 running on my Mac then the backspace and arrow keys work normally.
