Ending the featuresBoot list in {{org.apache.karaf.features.cfg}} with a
'{{)}}' results in a parsing error in the
[BootFeaturesInstaller|https://github.com/apache/karaf/blob/karaf-4.1.1/features/core/src/main/java/org/apache/karaf/features/internal/service/BootFeaturesInstaller.java#L127].
I would like to include all of the boot features in stages.
A work-around is adding an extra comma to the end of the list.
Additionally, documentation should be improved to clarify the relationship
between features included in parentheses and features not wrapped in
parentheses.
