When using "Ctrl-C" to close the "log:tail" command, the current ssh session is
killed with the message "java.nio.channels.ClosedByInterruptException" and then
"Error executing command: java.io.IOException: Pipe closed"
Moreover, on windows with karaf.bat, this error kills the java process.
