Actually, I think that the problem is around the {{lib/endorsed}}. It's
probably empty on child instances. On Karaf 4.2.0, it's a different story as we
are doing changed around {{lib/endorsed}} (removed in Java 9). I'm
investigating for Karaf 4.1.x.
