If I run Karaf with the included jetty.version (9.4.6.v20170531), and attempt
to initialise the OSGi JAX-RS Connector
(https://github.com/hstaudacher/osgi-jax-rs-connector) I get the same error
outlined here: [https://github.com/eclipse/jetty.project/issues/1728]
This was solved for me by increasing jetty.version to 9.4.7.v20170914
