Following on from this issue: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-5811
As it is not explicitly stated that KAR archives and features.xml files can't
work together in the deploy directory, this may trip up users.
Since deadlocking is an expected behaviour, it should be documented that you
should use either KAR archives, or features.xml files, but not both at the same
time.
