As we have the {{cluster:http-list}} command for servlets, it would be helpful
to have "optionally" Camel context and routes "tooling" on the cluster.
The purpose is to be able to list the routes from the different Cellar nodes
(with their location) and be able to "control" the routes (start/stop/...).
