Description:
apache.commons libraries have been released in newer versions:
* apache.commons.collections: upgrade 3.2.2 to 4.4

This is a major update.
commons-collections 3.2.2 is dated 2015.
It has been relocated to org.apache.commons, and renamed to
commons-collections4.
Adaptions of more files are required due to this change.
