Ideally the filename of the `.kar` archive should be identical to the
filename of the bundled `.jar` file and the bundled `-featured.xml` file, as:

$ unzip -l a.b.c.d-1.2.3.kar
Archive: a.b.c.d-1.2.3.kar
Length Date Time Name
--------- ---------- ----- ----
1 09-26-2026 10:10 META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
