Though I do not understand why do you want OOo with Gnome style in your KDE
session when you can have OOo with KDE style in your KDE session, the advice is
to export OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP=gnome before running OOo; something like:
OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP=gnome ./soffice
