This patch would enable the gtk plugin again under KDE; but this was switched
off deliberately because too many people complained that the gtk plugin behaved
too sluggish on KDE; see issue 41806. Besides there were open issues with the
gtk plugin on KDE, e.g. the toolbar buttons would not be highlighted.

Therefore i'd rather you didn't commit this. If someone wants to have the gtk
plugin on KDE he can force it by setting SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN to gtk; which if done
in the start script <officeinstallation>/program/soffice is not much of a hassle
IMHO.

And yes, i would like to see the KDE plugin to be enabled in the default build, 
too.
