Jordan Birdsell commented on KUDU-1241:
---------------------------------------

Is there any target for this? Casey Ching mentioned on KUDU-1320 that this
could be fixed after the merge, is there something tracking the impala merge?
Many of the use cases we would like to use Kudu for would implement a
bi-temporal data model and without timestamp support this is made more
complicated. I'm currently handling this by storing the timestamp as a long
and casting it.

> Add support for Kudu TIMESTAMPs to the Impala kudu scanners
