Summary: Display tserver versions in master web UI

It would be nice if tservers reported their own version up to the master during
a heartbeat, and if the master displayed the version of each tserver in the
tservers web UI page. That way it'd be easy to tell if any machine(s) in the
cluster is running an older version of Kudu.
