https://github.com/yonzhang/kylin/tree/KYLIN-1343, but unfortunately when I
tried to incorporate query related changes, it is found that there is much gap
between 1.x-staging and 2.x-staging for some significant features.
For example StorageContext has new feature in 1.x.staging, CubeEnumerator was
refactored to OLAPEnumerator in 2.x-staging but in 1.x-staging it is still
making changes.
I think we need make sure query code is sync-ed up before calcite upgrade, let
me know your thoughts.
