Agree with Billy, for issues ask to mailling list is better.
If you cannot find anything in kylin's logs, you can also check tomcat logs in
$KYLIN_HOME/tomcat/logs, such as catalina.out. Maybe Azure security blocks 7070
port which is used by kylin by default.
