Yes it is better to stop the tasks when pause the job; feel free to open an new
JIRA for that.
Regarding the commented lines, I just want to avoid deleting tables
unexpectely, because the table name is auto generated, it doesn't ensure the
uniqueness; As rollback is only for Admin to trouble shotting, usually he can
manually drop the table, so we didn't do that in code.
