Summary: Introduce auto build cube

As so far, kylin have great cube optimize tool (cube planner), but we have to
build cube in advance. Why not we develop feature of building cube
automatically. As we can collect queries that did not hit cube and store it it,
by analyzing these queries， we can build cube
automatically.
