Description:
Since Kylin doesn't distinguish the case of project name, the sql cache key
should not distinguish it, neither.
For two sql requests, Q1 & Q2, all of the parts are the same except their
project name. For Q1, the project name is "default". While for Q2, it's
"DEFAULT". In this case, we can still leverage the sql cache.
