please upload the files in $KYLIN_HOME/logs to help find problems.
And I guess that have you downloaded the compatible package from
[https://kylin.apache.org/download/? |https://kylin.apache.org/download/]
As your Hadoop version is Hadoop 3.1.3, please download the newest Apache Kylin
3th version
