Address two issues:
# Internal tables support logical views:
- This is a capability enhancement. Previously, during internal table
loading, the logical view metadata was not dumped to HDFS, causing errors in
the data loading process. Fix by adding this missing functionality.
# Replace logical view not taking effect:
- This is a bug in the logical view feature. Resolve the issue.
