Thanks Namgyu. You are right that some places the links are hard coded. I filed
https://github.com/apache/lucene-site/pull/12 to address some of these. Wrt
ref-guide and javadoc, those are not (yet?) available on staging site, so when
we switch to "correct" URL for those, there will be 404. That's what you are
seeing in 1) and 2). [~uschindler] will we have these mapped to staging area
too?
