I was talking about historic javadocs with absolute links that need to be 
fixed. I would like to prevent that in the future by just having relative 
links. It also allows 3rd parties to republish our javadocs on serveral web 
pages. With absolute links those would need to rewrite all of them. This is 
also important for the targz bundle. It should be self contained and not have 
absolute links: If somebody is browsing the documentation folder in the targz 
bundle, heshe should no see absolute links.
