[~tflobbe] I guess I screwed up big time. That was an accidental commit. I'll
revert that. It was not fully done. I was supposed to get it committed to a
branch , do proper tests and commit .
Tests are failing in [PR 1804|https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/pull/1804]
So, I started a fresh effort in [PR
1815|https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/pull/1815] . All tests are passing
consistently in this one. This is now ready for a review.
