[~dsmiley] I added a notice to the `major-changes-in-solr-9.adoc`. I looked
at the wiki page, but didn't quite know how to convey "The original plan was
deprecation but now we moved to it's one contrib in Solr 9 instead". Maybe
just delete the row? At somepoint I'd like to make it a proper package, but
I think that is another ticket for another day.
