Frank McQuillan commented on MADLIB-1017:
-----------------------------------------

[~abhishagarwal] I assigned this JIRA to you.

Thanks for offering to work on it. DBSCAN is a really good clustering algo
that we would like to see in MADlib.

Let us know if we can help in any way. First step, I would suggest, is to
define the proposed interface and post it here for people to comment on.

> As a data scientist, I'd like to be able to use DBSCAN or OPTICS clustering
> algorithms instead of k-means so that I don't have to compute K. There seems
> to have been some initial work on this, but dont see any final
> result/progress.

> Any plans to include clustering algorithms beyond k-means?
