Description:
The Literature links point to PostgreSQL version 8.2 & 8.4, which are EOL as
can be seen on https://www.postgresql.org/support/versioning/
Literature links in question:
* http://madlib.apache.org/docs/latest/group__grp__pivot.html#literature
* http://madlib.apache.org/docs/latest/group__grp__path.html#literature
* http://madlib.apache.org/docs/latest/group__grp__sessionize.html#literature
An explanatory note can be added informing the user they may need to adjust
*current* link with there appropriate version.

PostgreSQL version 8.2, which has been EOL for almost 6 years as can be seen on
https://www.postgresql.org/support/versioning/
Those links could be replaced with the current version:

https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/xaggr.html
