Currently we do not have a good naming convention for MADlib package for
greenplum (gppkg). We should change it to something like:
for gp 5:
`madlib-<version_number><db_platform><os>.gppkg`
For eg: `madlib-1.13-gp5-rhel6-x86_64.gppkg`
for gp 4.3
For eg: `madlib-1.12-gp4.3orca-rhel5-x86_64.gppkg`
* notice that we are keeping `orca` in the name for historical reasons going
back to when we supported both orca and pre-orca, just to avoid confusion
