Users are confused by the general cross validation function

Story
As a MADlib developer, I want to improve the user docs and create a Jupyter
notebook with examples, so cross validation is easier to understand.
Create examples for:
* elastic net with mse metric
* tree method with ROC metric
* linear regression
* logistic regression
We will rewrite this module in a later release 2.x . The goal of this story is
documentation and to identify if there are any obvious bugs to fix.
