The predict function in madlib keras is still under way with several other
JIRAs already lined up. This JIRA specifically asks for improving the input
validation test coverage in the predict function. Ideally it should also be
refactored better.
It may also be a good idea to create a class that would process and get data
from model summary table. All such refactoring should be done as part of this
JIRA.
