The method
https://madlib.apache.org/docs/latest/group__grp__keras__setup__model__selection.html
offers a way to setup for grid search for model selection, though it is not
that user friendly.
This JIRA is to add an easier way to setup for grid and random search for model
selection.
Interface TBD.
