I was trying to install madlib on ubuntu 1.18 with python 2.7 and postgres 12.
I had to install the python extension for postgres 12 however i'm unable to
find a plpython package that supports python 2.7.
Either update madlib to support python 3 or please help/advise on how to
install plpython for python 2.7
