I spoke to Chandar about adding another endpoint to what was done with the
Gainsight team.
I have been getting a few requests for a more in-depth view of our course
metrics from the content, marketing, and partnership teams. Currently, to
complete this task in CIQ I have to filter by month then select a subscription
and download a csv only to then manually add in a date and the subscription
name. This process is done for all of our subscriptions in which I union join
into one dataset then proceed to left join this dataset to a CCMS dataset on
gcid that includes descriptive characteristics for each of the courses.
I am reaching out to request a monthly read-out of all the course-associated
data in order to make this process more efficient. Everything that I would need
is currently collected and stored. The dataset would include columns for date,
gcid, course name, provider, registrations, completions, users, time spent,
region, and subscription.
