To reorganize the project internal structure we should refactor the actual
*marvin-python-toolbox* and create a new project called *marvin-common-lib*.
* Should be a valid python package
* Maintain the actual project structure/unit tests etc
* Remove all creational commands (generate, generate-env, etc, bump, git etc)
* Maintain all utilities and base classes and interfaces and grpc server
* Simplify the structure and packages
