Description:
As discussed in mailing list and meeting, we are gonna use ReadTheDocs to host
our documentation. To do it we have to:
* Enable ReadTheDocs permission on incubator-marvin-website repo;
* Follow this
[steps|https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/custom_domains.html] to use the
Marvin domain on it;
* Setup redirect on Apache infra;
* Configure the link on the website.
