like we identify archetypes, attempt to identify skins and index them
accordingly.
It may be beneficial to introduce a proper packaging type for this in Maven
itself.
While it is not entirely deterministic (as a skin is simply a set of files laid
onto the site), the existence of one of css/maven-base.css and site.vm would be
a reliable predictor.
