Plugin documentation doesn't agree with what's actually deployed

In particular, look inside the "plugin.xml" file and see that the vast majority
of the parameters are missing. The result is that the documentation page is
pure fiction - the vast majority of those parameters won't work at all. I don't
know if I can convince the project owner(s) to move up the next release at all,
but if you could, we'd really, _really_ appreciate it... the dependency plugin
is almost useless to us without the additional configuration parameters.
